During the spring and summer months I am not much for the floral patterns, but when the cooler months arrive and the florals take on a deeper and darker look I cannot get enough. I spent hours browsing the Shein website and picked out like 100 different things I wanted. Their prices are insane it’s not hard to do, ha. However, I landed on this dress and a sleeveless trench you’ll see in a later post. I am quite pleased with the pieces I ordered for the price, unfortunately, it took like a year to get to me though. HAH. :[ I suppose I’ll have to place an order of about 100 different things to make it worth the wait next time.

It’s a tad misleading here but there is a crazy deep V in the neckline of this dress. It was so deep I was legit unable to even bend over the tiniest little bit without exposing everrrrrythang. Thank god for a little boob tape, amiright? I am actually quite fond of the deep V but if you’re going to delve into this trend definitely do invest in double sided tape or actual tape made to keep clothes from slipping and sliding all over. It really allows you to play with different garments and add a little fun, if you will, to your wardrobe!
I’m really into this dress because it gives you that wiggle room to dress up or down. Pairing it with these OTK boots just felt right though, ha. On the flip side I could just as easily wear this dress with lace up sandals or even open toe booties with a long cardigan to make it look a little more comfortable and wearable during the day. However, I am not putting these boots away any time soon! I have been wearing them at least once a week lately. Throwing them on over leather leggings and a long flannel has been my go-to recently… perhaps you will see that look soon!
