I have never been a person to shop brands specifically… stores, of course, but I had never really singled out a particular brand before. Until recently, that is. Thanks to Lulu’s and South Moon Under I’ve discovered I have a love for BB Dakota. Ive acquired several of their pieces and I grow more and more impressed each time! This cranberry colored dress with a high-low double hem is the stuff dreams are made of.

See what I mean about this dress? I’m in love! The color is so rich and perfect for these next few months as the weather starts to cool off but it’s still appropriate to wear dresses. Throw it on with tall gladiator sandals for warmer months or pair it with these open toes booties like I did for fall.
I’m not QUITE ready to throw in the towel on all of my favorite summer items yet but adding a fresh look like this into the rotation doesn’t bother me either!
