As I mentioned before I’m going to be in full relaxation mode during the day on the 4th. I usually help my mom at Oceanfest and it’s so hot and crowded the last thing I want to be is dressed up. However, when the sun goes down the heels will come on. I’ll swap out my jean shorts (jorts, if you will) with a skirt and American flag scarf for a crop top.

How cute are my little groundhog friends in the background? There were so many of them just hanging out. I’ve never seen more than like one at a time crossing a street or grazing in a random field. Such a chic backdrop, right? ;]
The red lip goes from day to night, especially for a festive 4th of July look like this one. Not many occasions typically call for a full skirt/crop top combo, but I will jump at the chance to wear one if I can get away with it! A fancy 4th dinner celebration/date night is perfect, if you ask me!
