My Latest Obsession: Printed Shorts

I’m not typically a trend shopper. I haven’t run out to buy overalls yet (even though I secretly want to), I’ll never be caught dead in a pair of Birks, and I’m on the fence about the “skort” trend. However, printed shorts are everywhere lately, and by everywhere I mean all over my closet and dresser because that is one trend I can get down with.

I’m so into this trend lately. I always used to wear either a sun dress or jean shorts during the summer. I was never very adventurous with my bottoms, ha. Truth be told I hate my legs and I hate the way shorts accentuates them, so I stayed away from them all together. BUT, this trend seems to be popular with loose fitting shorts which is right up my alley! Hooray. I love the fun prints, they’re a great way to spice up a summer wardrobe. Do you guys shop this trend or do you tend to stick to a more simple print when it comes to your shorts?

PS, can you guys tell when I write a blog post in the middle of the night when I’m up with the baby? Hah!
